What do I need in order to have a Multiple-Visit Program for my class?
- Willingness to use art in your classroom and the knowledge that art has the power to teach students about themselves and their world.
- Time to collaborate with Museum staff, to reflect on how the Museum can support your curriculum and to visit the Museum with your students.
- Transportation to and from the Museum. If your school is more than 10 miles from the Ackland Art Museum you may be eligible for financial assistance for bus transportation. Call
919.962.0479 or 919.962.3342 (Voice) or 919.962.0837 (Text Telephone) for more information. The Ackland's Multiple-Visit Program is made possible with a generous grant from The Grable Foundation.
